Introduction
AAH SSL-VPN Access provides a convenient way to access internal resources (such as your workstation's desktop) when you are outside of the organization's network.
All you need is a Windows computer connected to the Internet.
However, your computer/browser needs to be configured properly in order to use all features. Please follow the directions below.

Testing Your Browser
Each time you try to login to AAH SSL-VPN Access, it will automatically test your browser to see if it meets the requirements. If you do not meet the requirements, you will be given a message discribing what issues you have and a link to this page which explains how you might be able to solve the issues.
If you believe you meet the requirements and still see the message, you may force to continue and login to the SSL-VPN.

Supported Browser
To use AAH SSL-VPN Access, your computer/browser must meet the following requirements:
- Microsoft Windows 2000 or later
- Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 or later
We do not support computers/browsers other than listed above. You may experience problems using AAH SSL-VPN Access with an unsupported system.

How to Enable Cookie
- Click and select [Tools] - [Internet Options] from the menu.
- Click on the "Privacy" tab.
- Click on the "Advanced" button.
- Enable the "Override automatic cookie handling" checkbox.
- Click on all the "Accept" radio buttons.
- Click "OK" twice to close the "Internet Options" dialog box.

How to Enable JavaScript
- Click and select [Tools] - [Internet Options] from the menu.
- Click on the "Security" tab.
- Click on the "Custom Level..." button.
- Scroll down the "Settings" list and find the "Scripting" section.
- Set the following options as below:
Active scripting: Enable
Scripting of Java applets: Enable
- Click "OK" twice to close the "Internet Options" dialog box.

How to Turn Off Pop-up Blocker
- Click and select [Tools] - [Internet Options] from the menu.
- Click on the "Privacy" tab.
- Uncheck the "Turn on Pop-up Blocker" check box.
- Click "OK" to close the "Internet Options" dialog box.

How to Enable ActiveX
- Click and select [Tools] - [Internet Options] from the menu.
- Click on the "Security" tab.
- Click on the "Custom Level..." button.
- Scroll down the "Settings" list and find the "ActiveX controls and plug-ins" section.
- Set the following options as below:
Download signed ActiveX controls: Enable
Run ActiveX controls and plug-ins: Enable
Script ActiveX controls marked safe for scripting: Enable
- Click "OK" twice to close the "Internet Options" dialog box.
- Reboot your computer.
