Health Education Programs
We offer a wide choice of free health programs for members. Members have a choice of free:
- Classes
- Pamphlets and books
- Video tapes
- Audio tapes
- Support groups
The above are offered in other languages besides English. Classes and support groups are held in a many places in the County. We support our members to make sound choices with their health and health care.
