In order to ensure culturally responsive care, the Alliance requires providers and office staff to complete cultural sensitivity training during the new provider orientation and on a regular basis. • Alliance Cultural Sensitivity Training slide deck covers all required content including regulations, culture, communication, immigrants, language access, disability, aging, LGBTQ, literacy, and resources. This training is updated annually.
