Use of Alliance Logos, Names and Service Marks

No external organization, provider or vendor may use the Alameda Alliance for Health (Alliance) logo, name, service mark, trademark, or likeness without obtaining prior written consent from the Alliance and agreement to comply with any applicable conditions for use. Such consent should be procured at least 90 days in advance of proposed usage.
