Maui Fires: Our positive thoughts, prayers, and Aloha continue to be with the people, families, and community of Maui.

As many of you know, a wildfire incinerated the historic town of Lāhainā on the west side of Maui on Tuesday, August 8, 2023. A firestorm fueled by hurricane winds burned through the 13,000-person coastal town – destroying homes, businesses, and structures and leaving many displaced and stranded, without food, water, or shelter. Many Alliance team members have family members and friends who also reside in Maui and the surrounding areas.

Charity Navigator has curated a list of trusted local organizations responding to the aftermath of the wildfire.

If you are looking for a local organization to help support, please consider the following:

Direct Relief

Maui United Way Inc.

Hawaii Community Foundation

Maui Humane Society Inc.

Maui Food Bank

Our positive thoughts, prayers, and Aloha continue to be with the people, families, and community of Maui.
