Quest Diagnostics

Quest Diagnostics provides office laboratory services for the Alliance. Except for emergency and urgent care services, laboratory services are billed to Quest Diagnostics. Pathology services are only billed to the Alliance when they are provided in conjunction with emergency or urgent care services, or surgical services performed in an inpatient hospital, outpatient hospital, or free standing surgical facility setting.
