To ensure culturally responsive care, the Alliance requires providers and office staff to complete cultural sensitivity training during the new provider orientation regularly. Below are links to trainings and online resources to help prepare providers and clinic staff to meet the cultural and linguistic needs of their patients.

• The Alliance Cultural Sensitivity Training slide deck covers all required content including regulations, culture, communication, immigrants, language access, disability, aging, LGBTQ, literacy, and resources. This training is updated annually.
