The Alliance Board of Governors decides on major policies and oversees the administration of the organization. The Board reflects the diversity of both the provider and health care consumer communities. It is made up of major stakeholders, including our members, local physicians, hospital and clinic representatives, and labor representatives. Board members are appointed by the Alameda County Board of Supervisors for terms of four (4) years (Consumer Members are appointed for a term of two (2) years).
