The Alameda Alliance for Health (Alliance) Community Reinvestment program will align with and advance the existing priorities of the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS). The final plan and report will be available on our website within 30 days of receiving DHCS approval.
Under All Plan Letter (APL) 25 004 issued by DHCS, managed care plans with positive net income are required to reinvest in the communities they serve. Based on financial results for the applicable calendar year, the Alliance did not have positive net income and is not subject to community reinvestment requirements for this calendar year. Future obligations will be assessed based on subsequent annual financial results.
