Subcontractor Network Certification (SNC)

The California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) requires Medi-Cal Managed Care Health Plans (MCPs), like the Alliance,  to conduct Subcontractor Network Certifications (SNC) to validate network adequacy and access to care gaps pursuant to 42 CFR § 438.66(e) and APL 23-006 (ca.gov).

Annual Network Certification (ANC)

The Annual Network Certification (ANC) exhibits to the Department of Health Care Services to demonstrate compliance with State and federal network adequacy standards (42 C.F.R., sections 438.68 and 438.206(c)(1)).
