- Seniors
Your local County Social Services Department manages Medi-Cal eligibility determinations. For more information you can also visit the California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) website.

You must contact Alameda County Social Services if your coverage with the Alliance is through Medi-Cal or Alameda County Public Authority. Please contact Alameda County Public Authority to make any changes to your account (i.e., mailing address, contact number, name; date of birth, etc.). The Alliance is unable to make permanent updates to your existing account information.
