Skilled Nursing Facility Workforce and Quality Incentive Program Webinar YOU’RE INVITED!
The Alliance is pleased to offer two (2) webinars on the Skilled Nursing Facility Workforce and Quality Incentive Program (SNF WQIP). Closed-Loop Referral Requirements for Enhanced Care Management (ECM) and Community Support (CS) Providers
We are sharing an important announcement for Enhanced Care Management (ECM) and Community Support (CS) providers.
Effective Tuesday, July 1, 2025, all ECM and CS providers must comply with the Department of Health Care Services’ (DHCS) Closed-Loop Referral requirements. For more information regarding this update, please click here.

The Alliance has developed a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Training Program for providers in accordance with the California Department of Healthcare Services (DHCS) All Plan Letter 24-016 titled Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Training Program Requirements (previously APL 23-025). Important Notice: Upcoming California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) Provider Audit Interviews
At Alameda Alliance for Health (Alliance), we value our dedicated provider partner community. We have an important notice to share with you. As part of the California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) medical audit of the Alliance, DHCS will also conduct random outreach phone calls to interview Alliance contracted providers about the Initial Health Appointment (IHA) process. Outreach phone calls from DHCS to providers in our network will take place between Tuesday, January 7, 2025, through Monday, March 3, 2025. Impacted Alliance providers may include anyone who can administer an IHA, such as primary care, OB/GYN, and behavioral health providers. For more information regarding this update, please click here.
